Hi Marji,

I have my boucle, silk charmeuse lining and my fusible whatever-it's-called-weft. Are there any other supplies I should pick up when I’m in the garment district this Saturday? I’m trying not to be neurotic about this but trips into the city aren’t a regular happening for me so I always have to plan ahead wisely. Shoulder pads, I know; trim and buttons I’ll get later. Any other interior construction stuff? Anything you suggest for inexpensive muslin material? Thanks so much for doing this!

Hi Marji, I'm here too. I think you just used the wrong case letter. I sent an email. I'm barely around the next few days, out of town for a meeting, but I'm home Sunday and I'll get set up. karent@hughes.net; www.corgihouse.blogspot.com. K

I feel humbled to be sewing with such talent! I have looked but got cold feet and haven't ordered the wool yet, I'm looking at wool flannel from Georgeous Fabrics, will it work? g

Just to let you know Linda MacPhee also sells beautiful wool coating.
It would be great for people who get very cold winters....like me :)
